Grounded in faith, I trust in the strength, design, and intuition within every mother, and I believe birth is a sacred experience meant to be approached with reverence, support, and confidence.

I’m Elizebeth, a birth worker, mom of three, and former teacher, passionate about walking alongside families with compassion, education, and steady support. At 30 years old, I bring both lived experience and heartfelt dedication to my work. Since becoming certified in December 2025, I’ve had the honor of supporting several mothers through their own unique birth journeys. I have a special passion for supporting VBAC moms, as well as first- and second-time mothers, helping you feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported every step of the way.

My own experiences with birth—including a VBAC, a birth center birth, and a home birth—shape the way I show up for my clients. I understand how different every birth can be, and I’m here to help you navigate your options with confidence and clarity. I believe that birth is our ancestral right—that women have been bringing life into this world with strength and wisdom for generations—and that you deserve to feel connected to that power in your own journey.

Whether through childbirth education or one-on-one guidance, my goal is to help you feel confident in your choices, connected to your body, and grounded in your experience. I approach every family with an open heart, honoring your unique values, preferences, and vision for birth. I also believe every mother deserves the opportunity to experience the joy and even the euphoria that birth can bring when she feels safe, supported, and respected.

As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about supporting Spanish-speaking families. I help non-English-speaking moms navigate hospital systems, understand their options, and connect with the resources they deserve—so you never feel alone or unheard in your care.
