Offered as a 4-week program with weekly virtual sessions or as a convenient one-day Saturday intensive, this course meets you where you are—both in schedule and in your journey. Together, we’ll cover the essentials of labor, birth, comfort techniques, partner support, and informed decision-making, all through a nurturing and empowering lens. Your package includes a comprehensive workbook to guide your learning, support reflection, and serve as a trusted resource as you prepare to welcome your baby.

Postpartum is a sacred season of healing and adjustment, and you were never meant to navigate it alone. At Nurtured by Elizebeth, postpartum doula care offers nurturing, faith-centered support for both you and your baby during the early weeks after birth. Whether you need newborn guidance, emotional support, light household help, or simply a calming presence, I am here to help you feel rested, supported, and cared for. Daytime support is $35/hour with a 4-hour minimum, and overnight support is $45/hour with a 6-hour minimum. A $5 hourly cash discount is available, and bilingual support is offered for Spanish-speaking families.

After our session, you’ll receive a beautifully customized birth plan PDF tailored to your preferences, ready to share with your care team. You’ll also have follow-up email support for any lingering questions or clarity as you continue preparing.
